Single Land Value Tax (SLVT) advantages short explanation:
SLVT tax to remove all profits on what humans didn’t produce – land (land in economics include all-natural resources) (Economic Rent-ER) that decrease production and removes all Labor and Capital Taxes (LCT) (taxes on income, labor, sales, import etc.) to increase profits to increase production on what humans produced, labor and capital/wealth/output/Products Goods and Services (PGS). This removes the possibility of earning without producing or paying extra (ER) without getting something in return, either private earnings of land and public-sector government LCTs. SLVT it's the only free market-oriented government income totally dependent according how much the government gives for its citizens and maximize value capture for every land investment on public services and infrastructure e.g. Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), security, justice, education, etc., as well as impossible tax avoidance because are a public auction tax system that the land stays with the one with highest bid. This makes the government vulnerable to earn or lose much more. Those factors make the public and private sector earnings according of its wealth/PGS/output production and impossible to earn without PGS/output production. Other factor, higher the SLVT, more lands becomes available and cheaper for output production, because more expensive becomes to hold without producing output/PGS. Those maximize incentives to the private and public sector to produce much more PGS/output as possible. Generating those results: GDP, wages, companies and tax revenue are increased, unemployment and poverty are decreased, making SLVT a positive tax, independently if government steals the money. SLVT in four words is: SLVT doesn’t tax production.
